Bank transfer in. Crypto on the network you select. Naira out to your bank once you are verified.

This is the account. Naira you can spend, crypto you hold, and a naira view of the whole wallet so you know what you can withdraw or pay.

Deposit naira

Open Deposit, choose naira, and transfer to the account name and number on the screen. Use those details only. If someone messages you a different “Exora account”, ignore it and check the app. When the transfer is recognised, the balance is ready to trade or pay a bill.

Deposit crypto

An asset can have more than one network. Select both before you copy the address. Send only that asset, on that network.

Withdraw

• Naira: choose a saved Nigerian bank account, enter the amount, read any fee, and confirm with your PIN. KYC has to be approved first.
• Crypto: choose the asset and network, paste the destination, and confirm with your PIN.

The receipt is in History. If the bank or the network is still processing, trust the status in the app.
