This is the naira you spend. Sales credit it. Bills debit it. Bank withdrawals leave from it. Funding it is a transfer to the account the app shows for you.
Deposit
Open Deposit and choose naira. Copy the account number and check the account name. Transfer from your own bank. Use those details only. If someone sends a different account “for Exora”, stop and look at the app.
Withdraw
Save the destination bank in your profile. KYC — your details, a government ID, and BVN — has to be approved before the payout will go through. Enter the amount, read any fee, and confirm with your PIN.
The receipt is in the app. If your bank has not credited you yet, start from that receipt and the status, then contact support inside the app with the reference. Do not send your PIN.
